PAN3020 is a low power consumption and low cost Sub-1GHz wireless transceiver for a long distance communication, integrated data processing and control functions and makes it possible to complete a simple MCU form a complete wireless communication systems. PAN3020 maximum transmit power 20dBm, sensitivity up to -110dBm, support smaller package QFN3*3.
